VIPMART accepts returns for credit or replacement according to our return policy. All product require a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers can be issued within 30 days after receipt of item, and will be honored for 14 days from the date of issue.

We cannot accept any returns, if serial number and/or UPC number has been removed from the unit. Removing any of these will voids any warranty by VIPMART or most manufacturers.

Defective Items
If you receive any item in defective condition (DOA), please contact us for replacement. In case the item breaks down during the warranty period, you can follow the instruction on the warranty paper included with your item, or contact us for assistance.

Damaged Units
If you feel your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Delay in reporting damages in transit can void the carrier’s insurance on the shipment.

Other retunes.
If you change your mind about an item that you purchased, you can retune for refund, providing the item is in re-sellable condition in original box and packaging. We charge %15 restocking fee, and all shipping charges are paid by customer.
